・<One-way> Ferry fare from Ohara Port (Iriomote Island) to Ishigaki Port – all seats are non-reserved (free seating)

・Fuel surcharge (adjustment fee for fluctuations in fuel prices)

[At Check-in]

・Please proceed directly to the boarding area.

・When boarding, always check your reservation confirmation email and present the “Admission Ticket” screen to our staff.

Do not press the “Use” button before our staff have confirmed your ticket.

・All seats are non-reserved (free seating).

・Boarding will begin approximately 15 minutes before departure.

・If there are any changes to the boarding area, we will inform you at the site on the day.

[Passengers Under 6 Years Old]

・One child under 6 years old per adult can travel free of charge (children will be seated on the adult’s lap).

　If the number of children exceeds the number of adults, please purchase additional child tickets (paid) for the excess.

　Example: If booking for 2 adults and 3 children under 6 (total 5 people):

　Adult (junior high school or older): 2

　Child under 6 (paid): 1

　Child under 6 (free): 2

　Please select the tickets for all 5 people.

・Ferries may be cancelled due to adverse sea conditions such as typhoons or strong winds. For cancellations resulting from such circumstances, please contact us by phone for information about refunds or changes.

・Date and time changes cannot be made after your reservation is completed.
