・<One-way> Ferry fare from Ishigaki Port to Uehara Port (Iriomote Island) – all seats are non-reserved (free seating)

・Fuel surcharge (adjustment fee for fluctuations in fuel prices)

[At Check-in]

・Please proceed directly to the boarding area.

・When boarding, always check your reservation confirmation email and present the “Admission Ticket” screen to our staff.

Do not press the “Use” button before our staff have confirmed your ticket.

・All seats are non-reserved (free seating).

・Boarding will begin approximately 15 minutes before departure.

・If there are any changes to the boarding area, we will inform you at the site on the day.

[Passengers Under 6 Years Old]

・One child under 6 years old per adult can travel free of charge (children will be seated on the adult’s lap).

　If the number of children exceeds the number of adults, please purchase additional child tickets (paid) for the excess.

　Example: If booking for 2 adults and 3 children under 6 (total 5 people):

　Adult (junior high school or older): 2

　Child under 6 (paid): 1

　Child under 6 (free): 2

　Please select the tickets for all 5 people.

[Service Suspension Due to Weather]

・Ferries may be cancelled due to adverse sea conditions such as typhoons or strong winds. For cancellations resulting from such circumstances, please contact us by phone for information about refunds or changes.

[Reservation Changes & Cancellations]

・Date and time changes cannot be made after your reservation is completed.

If you wish to change, please cancel your reservation first and make a new booking.

（You can cancel your reservation by yourself up until the day before. ）

Important Information:

The Uehara route is especially prone to cancellations due to rough seas during the winter.

In the event of cancellation, you can still reach Uehara Port via Ohara Port on Iriomote Island, using our connecting bus service.

Please check the ferry operation status on the day of your trip, and use the connecting bus if service is canceled.

Bus tickets are required for the connecting bus. Please obtain your ticket at the counter.

You can cancel your reservation by yourself up until the day before. For same-day cancellations, please contact Yaeyama Kanko Ferry. In the event of cancellation, the following fees will apply.
