Overview
<Rental Information>
・Please return the e-bike within 3 hours of the start of your rental.
・Even if your 3-hour rental period has not ended, the e-bike must be returned by 5:00 PM.
<Important Information>
1.When riding within the village, the electric-assist level should generally be set to Level 3 or below. Do not use Level 4 or higher.
2.Within the village, bicycles may only be parked in designated bicycle parking areas.
3.Riding or walking around the village shirtless or in swimwear is prohibited.
4.Some areas of the island are off-limits to visitors and/or bicycles. This includes sacred sites (Utaki), the sea and beaches, and the road leading to Aiyaru Beach, among other areas.
5.Riding side by side and carrying a second rider are prohibited.
6.Injuries sustained by the rider are not covered by insurance.
7.Any related expenses must be paid by the rider. The e-BIKE frame and handlebars must not sustain any significant damage.
8.If any rented item is stolen or damaged, the renter will be responsible for the cost of replacement or repair.
9.If you get a flat tire, stop riding immediately and contact the rental cycle shop. No refunds will be provided in the event of a flat tire.
10.If the e-BIKE is returned anywhere other than the designated return location, an extension fee of ¥3,300 per hour will be charged until we are able to contact you, plus a separate recovery fee of ¥2,200.
11.e-BIKES are not equipped with locks. If an e-BIKE is stolen, please report it to the rental cycle shop immediately.
12.Please do not leave belongings unattended in baskets or other storage areas, as crows may take them.
13.Follow all traffic rules and instructions provided by the rental cycle shop, and ride safely at all times.
14.Any theft, damage, or accident must be reported to the rental cycle shop immediately.
15.If damage occurs due to the renter’s negligence, the renter may be responsible for the necessary repair and compensation costs.
16. Please strictly observe the return time. Late returns will incur an extension fee of ¥3,300 per hour.
17.Please present identification if requested.
18.Passengers wearing swimwear or wet clothing are not permitted to board the shuttle vehicle.
19.Maximum rider weight: 115 kg
20.Bikes/equipment for children are limited in number. Please check availability with the staff on site.
