📧 1. Double-Check Your Email Address

Your ticket will be accessed via a link sent to your email after purchase.

If your email address is incorrect, you will not receive the mail, and you will not be able to display your ticket or board the bus.

Please double-check that your email address is correct before completing your purchase.

🕒 2. Operating Hours & System Display

You can take any bus during scheduled operating hours.

(Please note: The system may display the time as "23:59," but this is a system setting and is not an issue.)

🚌 3. First-Come, First-Served (No Seat Reservations)

Seats cannot be reserved in advance. Boarding is on a first-come, first-served basis.

If the bus is full, you will be asked to wait for the next available bus.

No refunds will be issued even if you cannot board due to a full bus. Please be especially careful if you plan to take the last bus of the day.

🚫 4. DO NOT Tap the "Use Ticket" Button Early

Never tap the "Use" (使用する) button before boarding. Doing so will make your ticket invalid.

You must only activate/open your ticket in front of the driver or staff when boarding.
