Cruise along the Nakama River on Iriomote Island, home to Japan’s largest mangrove forest. Then, ride a traditional water buffalo cart across shallow waters to Yubu Island—a small subtropical botanical garden about 2 km around.

Iriomote, a UNESCO World Natural Heritage site since 2021, is rich in rare wildlife. The tour includes a stop at the Wildlife Conservation Center, featuring exhibits and videos about the endangered Iriomote wild cat and local fauna.
